Every service is provided in accordance with the extent that you and our team have decided upon.

2. Payments

  • Payments must be made in advance or in accordance with written agreements.
  • We make use of safe payment systems.
  • Depending on the size and requirements of the project, prices may change.

3. Refund Policies

Due to the fact that everything of our work is time-based and digital:

  • Once work starts, refunds are not given.
  • Refunds are only possible if no work has begun.
  • Any exclusions must be approved by both parties.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Give precise directions, files, material, and information.
  • Make sure that none of the materials you offer violate copyright regulations.
  • To prevent delays, promptly respond to comments and approvals.

5. Our Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Providing the services you have paid for in an expert manner.
  • Fulfilling deadlines as scheduled (unless there are unanticipated problems or incomplete information).
  • Keeping lines of communication open throughout the project.

6. Work Ownership

  • The final delivered work is yours once you have paid in full.
  • Unless you specifically request alternately, we reserve the right to display finished work in our portfolio.
  • DigitalCityGuy retains ownership of raw files until they are bought individually.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not accountable for:

  • Losses caused by modifications to Google, YouTube, or social media algorithms.
  • Revenue declines, business losses, or problems unrelated to our job.
  • Delays based on by missing client materials or insufficient directions.

8. Completing a Project

With written notice, either party may terminate the agreement.
Payment for any finished work is required prior to termination.

9. Updates to These Rules

When necessary, we can change these terms.
